Biography
Dr. Isaac Osei Agyemang is a computer scientist and researcher whose work sits at the intersection of deep learning, computer vision, and structural health monitoring (SHM). He currently serves as an Associate Researcher and Lecturer at Stirling College, Chengdu University–University of Stirling Joint College (China), where he teaches and mentors undergraduate students in data science and AI-driven engineering applications. Dr. Agyemang earned his Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering and Master of Engineering in Computer Science and Technology, both degrees from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). His Bachelor of Science is in Computer Science from the Christian Service University College in Ghana. Dr. Agyemang's research domains are structural health monitoring, deep learning, computer vision, micro-drones, and medical imaging. He has authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed papers in top-tier journals, including Automation in Construction, Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, and Measurement.
